Terms of Service

AlphaVault (“the Service”) is a trading journal, analytics and backtesting platform operated for a trading education community. The Service is an independent community tool. It is not a broker, not an investment adviser, and not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Errante beyond an affiliate referral relationship disclosed in these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm your age and that using the Service is lawful where you live. Trading foreign exchange and CFDs is restricted or regulated in some jurisdictions — it is your responsibility to comply with your local law.

The Service charges no subscription and takes no card details. Full access is granted to members of our trading community who register a new account with our partner broker through the coach's affiliate link and make a deposit; the coach validates this manually. New accounts receive a limited free preview. We may change what the preview includes, and validation decisions are at the coach's discretion. When you open a broker account through our link, the coach may receive a commission from the broker at no extra cost to you.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and two-factor codes secure. If you connect an MT5 account for auto-sync, you provide a read-only investor password, which cannot place trades or withdraw funds. You may instead upload trade history manually. Never give us — or anyone — your master trading password.

Everything in the Service — analytics, statistics, backtests, replays, calculators, alerts, and any commentary — is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a solicitation to trade. Past performance, whether real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. See the Risk Disclosure.

Charts and historical bars are sourced from one reference broker feed (Errante). Other brokers' prices differ; a trade taken elsewhere is journalled at its own fill price but charted against the reference feed. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable and is provided as-is, without warranty. Do not use the Service as your execution price source.

You agree not to: abuse, overload or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls; scrape or redistribute market data; probe other users' data; reverse-engineer the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, extended inactivity, or if the Service winds down. We are a free community tool; we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: via your coach or the in-app contact channel. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
